Yoga at Madrona MindBody is a rich experience. Our professional staff assist you in exploring the healing energies of these ancient traditions that offers an opportunity to wholistically strengthen and bring the body and mind into alignment. Our classes offer precise instruction, bring attention to the value of breath and body awareness, while maintaining a balanced approach that invites spaciousness.

All Levels Yoga - Come experience this flowing vinyassa practice suitable for all levels that extends beyond the mat and into our daily lives. Focusing on alignment, breath, the subtle energetic bodies and blending the insights of yoga and mindfulness, we open to an inner sense of joy and surrender. Introduction to the practice of Hatha Yoga, including physical postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation and deep relaxation.
Rock Your Asana - A powerful Hatha flow class including core work, inversions, and backbends. Designed to make you move and sweat to the beat of the music.
Gentle Intro to Yoga- An introductory class in Hatha Yoga: Begin with strong breathing techniques, move into basic foundational poses, and follow it up with relaxing, restorative poses.
Introduction to Yoga- Practicing Yoga improves strength and flexibility while reducing stress and improving overall physical and mental well-being. No Prior Experience is necessary.

Ashera Serfaty:
Ashera is a creative, spirited teacher and healing practitioner integrating Yoga, Ayurveda, Dance, Energy Medicine and Shamanic Healing. She draws wisdom from 18 years of study and extensive experience leading classes, retreats, and trainings. She believes it is in connecting to our deep soul energy and life journey that our original balance and peaceful true nature return to us.
Danielle Holland:
Danielle received her certification from City Yoga in Los Angeles, recognized across the country as a yoga community on the cutting edge. She has studied under Anthony and Rebecca Benenati, John Friend (Founder of Anusara), Noah Maze and Stephen Espinoza. Danielle instructs life inspiring principles of alignment with a playful energy and dynamic sequencing.
