Vigorous Flow Yoga

Vigorous flow is a dynamic yoga practice that links strengthening and balancing postures with breath through thoughtful sequencing and creative transitions. It is designed for fit practitioners with a working knowledge of yoga. The teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next. The pace is brisk, yet intelligent. Bring your own mat and towel and be prepared to sweat!

wake up Yoga

With Terry
Wake Up yoga is designed around the students attending that particular day. Yoga "challenges," asana selection, and class focus will vary. Expect the class to include warm-ups shoulder opening, hip opening, strengthening and balancing poses. Whether this is your first yoga class or you have been practicing for years, you will be challenged, supported, encouraged and reminded to bring your attention to your body and your breath. You will be encouraged to explore the depth and strength of your practice through inward awareness and your own edge mindfully, and to grow your practice, strengthen your body, expand your heart and free your mind.
