Our weekly Tuesday morning class is an opportunity to deepen your own personal practice while exploring creative expression, creative relationships and divine dialogue. It is an opportunity to dive deep with other kindred spirits... celebrating our own interior landscape.  Move and flow to soft rhythms while holding your own wisdom.

This is a drop-in class.  The cost is $12.
Class cards & unlimited monthly passes do apply.

We begin together—so please arrive at least five minutues early.

Michael Molin-Skelton reaches through dance rather than teaches to dance. He has been dancing since being pushed through the birth canal. After receiving a bachelor of fine arts degree from UCLA he performed and choreographed in companies both nationally and internationally for 15 years.

What is Soul Motion™? Rather than a dance class, it is an facilitated inquiry into embodied consciousness through movement. Beginners are especially welcome, because you help us wake up out of our habitual patterns as we experiment with ourselves and with one another in this awkward and magnificent journey of self-discovery and belonging.
