Wednesday - August 17th:

Thursday - August 18th: 
      8:00 a.m.  Nia Class –  Focus: X-Ray Anatomy w/ Randee and Laurie
      6:00 p.m.  Nia White Belt Surprise Class  w/ Winalee

      8:00 a.m.  Nia Class –  ON THE BEACH   w/ Winalee
